1. 적용 범위

이 방침은 개인 창작자가 운영하는 onlynudles.com과 그 하위 도메인 (game.onlynudles.com, music.onlynudles.com 등, 이하 “서비스”), 그리고 운영자가 배포하는 핀터레스트 보드 관리 데스크톱 프로그램(이하 “프로그램”, 6항)에 적용됩니다. 서비스에서 외부 사이트로 나가는 링크를 따라간 뒤의 일에는 이 방침이 적용되지 않습니다.

3-1. 이용자가 직접 제공하는 정보

없습니다. 서비스에는 가입 절차, 로그인, 문의 양식, 결제가 없습니다.

3-2. 브라우저에만 저장되는 정보 (서버 전송 없음)

일부 게임과 음악실은 최고점수, 음량·조작 설정 같은 값을 브라우저의 localStorage에 저장합니다. 이 값은 이용자의 기기를 벗어나지 않으며, 운영자는 열람할 수 없습니다. 브라우저의 사이트 데이터 삭제 기능으로 언제든 지울 수 있습니다.

3-3. 함께 연주하기(music.onlynudles.com)에서 다루는 정보

합주 기능을 쓸 때만 아래 정보가 서버(Cloudflare Durable Objects)를 거칩니다.

표시 이름 같은 방에 접속한 다른 참가자에게 보이기 위해 사용합니다. 접속이 끊기면 사라지며 따로 보관하지 않습니다. 실명을 쓰지 않기를 권합니다.
연주 입력·파트 선택 같은 방의 참가자에게 실시간으로 전달됩니다.
방에 올린 악보 파일 그 방의 상태로 저장되어, 같은 방에 다시 들어오면 남아 있습니다. 방 주소를 아는 사람은 누구나 볼 수 있으므로 개인적인 파일을 올리지 마십시오.

채보 제작 도구에 올린 오디오 파일은 브라우저 안에서만 분석되며 서버로 업로드되지 않습니다. 결과물은 이용자의 기기로 내려받는 파일로만 남습니다.

3-4. 서버 접속 기록

서비스는 Cloudflare의 인프라에서 운영됩니다. 모든 웹 서버가 그렇듯, 요청을 처리하고 남용·공격을 막기 위해 IP 주소, 요청 시각, 요청 주소, 브라우저 종류(User-Agent) 같은 표준 접속 정보가 Cloudflare 측에서 일시적으로 처리될 수 있습니다. 운영자는 이 기록을 이용자 식별이나 프로파일링에 사용하지 않으며, 별도의 접속 로그 데이터베이스를 두지 않습니다. Cloudflare의 처리 내용은 Cloudflare 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.

3-5. 누적 방문 수

메인과 VOTS의 방문 수를 각각 집계합니다. 브라우저의 localStorage에 무작위 키를 저장하고, 첫 방문 집계를 위해 이 키를 서버로 전송합니다. 서버에는 키의 해시값, 사이트별 누적 수와 집계 시작일을 저장합니다. 이 집계에 IP 주소, 이름, 사용자 에이전트나 페이지별 방문 이력을 함께 저장하지 않습니다.

새로고침은 다시 세지 않습니다. 다른 브라우저를 쓰거나 사이트 데이터를 지우면 새 방문으로 집계될 수 있으므로 실제 사람 수와는 차이가 있습니다. 해시값은 중복 집계를 방지하기 위해 카운터 운영 기간 동안 보관합니다. 집계는 2026년 9월 10일 시작하며 과거 방문 수는 포함하지 않습니다.

4. 쿠키

운영자는 분석·광고·추적을 위한 쿠키를 사용하지 않습니다. Cloudflare가 보안(봇 차단 등) 목적으로 필수 쿠키를 설정할 수 있으며, 이는 이용자를 광고 목적으로 추적하는 데 쓰이지 않습니다.

5. 제3자 서비스

이 외에 개인정보를 넘기는 제3자는 없습니다. 어떤 정보도 판매하지 않습니다.

한편 웹사이트 자체에는 핀터레스트 태그, 전환 추적 스크립트, 저장(Pin it) 위젯, 핀터레스트 쿠키가 들어 있지 않습니다. 핀터레스트에서 링크를 눌러 들어오신 경우 브라우저가 보내는 리퍼러 외에 추가로 처리되는 정보는 없습니다. 사이트 소유 확인을 위해 p:domain_verify 메타 태그 한 줄이 첫 페이지에 들어 있으며, 이는 도메인 소유자를 증명하는 고정된 문자열일 뿐 방문자를 식별하거나 추적하지 않습니다.

6. 핀터레스트 API를 사용하는 프로그램

운영자는 핀터레스트 보드를 정리하는 데스크톱 프로그램을 배포합니다. 프로그램은 이용자의 컴퓨터에서 실행되며, 이용자가 자신의 핀터레스트 계정으로 직접 로그인(핀터레스트 OAuth)한 뒤 이용자의 지시에 따라서만 핀터레스트 API를 호출합니다.

6-1. 접근하는 권한의 범위

프로그램이 요청하는 권한은 보드 정보 조회와 보드의 생성·수정·삭제뿐입니다. 이 범위를 넘는 권한(예: 광고 계정 접근)은 요청하지 않습니다.

6-2. 비밀번호와 접근 토큰

로그인은 핀터레스트가 제공하는 인증 화면에서 이루어지며, 프로그램은 이용자의 핀터레스트 비밀번호를 보지도 저장하지도 않습니다. 로그인 결과로 발급되는 접근 토큰은 이용자의 컴퓨터에 보관되고 운영자에게 전송되지 않습니다.

6-3. 운영자가 보관하는 것

없습니다. 프로그램은 이용자의 컴퓨터와 핀터레스트 서버 사이에서만 통신하며, 운영자는 이용자의 핀터레스트 계정 정보, 보드·핀 내용, 접근 토큰, 사용 기록을 수집·저장·열람·제3자 제공·판매하지 않습니다. 운영자에게 데이터를 모아 두는 중계 서버가 없으므로, 유출될 이용자 데이터도 운영자 쪽에는 존재하지 않습니다.

6-4. 보드가 실제로 바뀝니다

프로그램이 수행하는 보드 생성·수정·삭제는 이용자의 핀터레스트 계정에 즉시 반영되며 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 특히 삭제는 핀터레스트 쪽에서도 복구되지 않으므로, 실행 전에 대상을 확인하십시오.

6-5. 접근 권한 철회와 삭제

이용자는 언제든 핀터레스트 설정 > 보안 > 앱에서 이 프로그램의 접근 권한을 해제할 수 있으며, 해제하는 즉시 프로그램은 계정에 접근할 수 없습니다. 컴퓨터에 남은 토큰은 프로그램을 삭제하거나 프로그램의 로그아웃 기능으로 지울 수 있습니다. 운영자가 따로 지워 드릴 데이터는 없습니다.

핀터레스트 서비스 자체의 이용에는 핀터레스트 개인정보처리방침과 서비스 약관이 적용됩니다.

7. 아동의 개인정보

서비스는 아동의 이름이나 연락처를 요청하지 않습니다. 위의 방문 수 집계는 방문자의 나이를 구분하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보가 실수로 전달되었다고 판단되면 아래 연락처로 알려 주십시오. 즉시 삭제합니다.

8. 이용자의 권리

브라우저에 저장된 값은 이용자가 직접 사이트 데이터 삭제로 지울 수 있습니다. 사이트 데이터 삭제만으로 서버의 방문 집계 해시값이 지워지지는 않습니다. 방문 집계에 관한 요청이나 합주 방에 올린 악보 삭제 등 그 밖의 요청은 아래 연락처로 보내 주시면 처리합니다.

9. 보안

모든 통신은 HTTPS로 암호화됩니다. 다만 어떤 방식도 완전한 보안을 보장할 수는 없습니다.

10. 방침의 변경

내용이 바뀌면 이 페이지를 갱신하고 상단의 최종 수정일을 고칩니다. 중요한 변경은 시행 전에 이 페이지에 안내합니다.

Privacy Policy

Covers the Onlynudles website and the Pinterest board-management program, including how each service processes and stores information.

1. Scope

This policy covers onlynudles.com and its subdomains (game.onlynudles.com, music.onlynudles.com, and others), operated by an individual creator, as well as the desktop program for managing Pinterest boards distributed by the same operator (the "program", section 6). It does not cover external sites you reach by following a link from here.

2. Summary

  • No sign-up, no login, and no request for your name, email, or phone number.
  • No ad networks, external visitor analytics (such as Google Analytics), or tracking pixels. Our own cumulative visit counter is described in section 3.5.
  • No tracking cookies are set by the operator.
  • Game scores and settings stay in your browser and are never sent to a server.
  • Nothing is sold or shared with third parties for advertising.
  • The Pinterest board-management program runs entirely on your own computer. Your Pinterest account data and access token never leave your device, and the operator receives and retains none of it.

3. Information handled

3.1 Information you provide

None. There is no registration, login, contact form, or payment.

3.2 Stored in your browser only

Some games and the music room save high scores and settings (volume, controls) in your browser's localStorage. These values never leave your device and cannot be read by the operator. Clearing site data in your browser removes them.

3.3 The music room (music.onlynudles.com)

Only when you use the play-together feature does the following pass through the server (Cloudflare Durable Objects):

Display nameShown to others in the same room. It disappears when you disconnect and is not retained. Please do not use your real name.
Note input and part selectionRelayed in real time to others in the same room.
Score files you upload to a roomKept as that room's state, so they remain when you return. Anyone with the room address can see them — do not upload personal files.

Audio you load into the charting tool is analyzed entirely in your browser and is never uploaded; the result exists only as a file downloaded to your device.

3.4 Server access data

The site runs on Cloudflare's infrastructure. As with any web server, standard request data — IP address, timestamp, requested path, and user agent — may be processed transiently by Cloudflare to serve requests and prevent abuse. The operator does not use this to identify or profile visitors and keeps no separate access-log database. Cloudflare's handling is governed by the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

3.5 Cumulative visits

The main site and VOTS have separate counters. A random key is saved in your browser's localStorage and sent to the server to count a first visit. The server stores its hash, each site's total, and the start date. This counter does not store an IP address, name, user agent, or page history alongside that hash.

Reloads do not add visits. Another browser or cleared site data can count as a new visit, so this is not an exact count of people. Hashes are retained while the counter operates to prevent duplicates. Counting starts on September 10, 2026 and does not include earlier visits.

4. Cookies

The operator sets no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies (for example, bot mitigation); these are not used to track you for advertising.

5. Third parties

No other third party receives data from this site. Nothing is sold.

The website itself carries no Pinterest tag, no conversion-tracking script, no Save (Pin it) widget, and no Pinterest cookie. If you arrive by clicking a Pin, nothing beyond the referrer your browser sends is processed. A single p:domain_verify meta tag on the front page proves domain ownership; it is a fixed string and does not identify or track visitors.

6. The program that uses the Pinterest API

The operator distributes a desktop program for organizing Pinterest boards. It runs on your computer. You sign in to your own Pinterest account through Pinterest's own authorization screen (OAuth), and the program calls the Pinterest API only when you tell it to.

6.1 Scope of access

The program requests only what it needs to read board information and to create, edit, and delete boards. It requests no permissions beyond that (for example, no advertising access).

6.2 Password and access token

Sign-in happens on Pinterest's own screen: the program never sees or stores your Pinterest password. The access token issued at sign-in is kept on your computer and is not transmitted to the operator.

6.3 What the operator retains

Nothing. The program communicates only between your computer and Pinterest's servers. The operator does not collect, store, view, share, or sell your Pinterest account information, board or Pin content, access token, or usage history. There is no intermediary server holding user data, so there is no store of your data on the operator's side to be breached.

6.4 Board changes are real

Creating, editing, and deleting boards through the program takes effect on your Pinterest account immediately and cannot be undone. Deletion in particular is not recoverable on Pinterest's side, so confirm the target before you run it.

6.5 Revoking access and deletion

You can revoke the program's access at any time from Pinterest under Settings > Security > Apps; access stops immediately. The token left on your computer can be removed by uninstalling the program or using its sign-out function. There is no data on the operator's side left to delete.

Your use of Pinterest itself is governed by the Pinterest Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

7. Children

The site does not request children's names or contact details. The counter does not distinguish visitors by age. If you believe a child's personal information reached us in error, contact us and it will be deleted immediately.

8. Your rights

Values stored in your browser can be removed by clearing site data. This does not remove the counter hash stored on the server. For counter-related requests or anything else — such as deleting a score file uploaded to a music room — write to the address below.

9. Security

All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

10. Changes

Changes are published on this page with an updated date above. Material changes will be noted here before they take effect.
